You should be comfortable with HTML, CSS and JavaScript fundamentals and basic programming concepts (variables, functions, loops, arrays). We do not re-teach those. The course opens with quick refreshers on how AI coding tools work and on modern JavaScript, then goes deep on React and Node. No prior React or Node experience is required.
You'll learn Cursor AI (free tier available), ChatGPT and Claude (free tiers available), and GitHub Copilot. Most tools offer free tiers that are more than enough for the course. We provide complete setup guides and best practices for each.
No. We teach React (components, hooks, routing, state) and Node.js (Express, APIs, databases) from the ground up. Solid JavaScript familiarity is the only requirement — the AI and JS refreshers in the first two weeks get everyone on the same page.
